Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, subject to customs clearance.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
